About Me

Welcome, I'm Alicia Roberson. I am a licensed professional counselor, in the state of Ohio. My work in the helping profession began in Newport News, Virginia, in 1993 where I worked as a crisis hot line worker with Contact Peninsula. I received my baccalaureate degree in Psychology from Saint Leo College in 1994 and later received a master degree in Professional Counseling in 1998 from Webster University. I have worked in various agencies, private practice and schools. In addition to life coaching, I have received training in the areas of cognitive behavioral therapy, grief, self-esteem, and treatment for anxiety and depression. I am committed to fostering a healthy, supportive and positive approach in facing life's challenges. My goal is to assist you with career exploration and clarify your career direction, with your career success and job satisfacation being the number one priority. Getting to know you is essential in the process. We will be formulating goals and planning weekly moving closer and closer to your dreams. If you are unsure of which direction to take, value as well as career assessments and testing can be helpful. I am certified to administer the Myers Briggs as well as the Strong career assessment in addition to other tools. These tools are research based and have proven results. So, if you are unsure of which path to take, looking to make a transition, or newly entering the job market, it would be my pleasure to assist you on this journey.

Life coaching can lead to success. 2) What is the Coaching Process?As defined by Full Potential Life Coaching, the coaching process is a series of goal setting, both short and long term, strategy creation, action follow up and success. Through the coaching conversation, the coach gives the client undivided attention to his/her goals and motivates the client to actions leading to success. 3) Who uses a Life Coach?Life coaching is for any person wishing to make positive changes in his/her life. This change may be personal, business/work or parenting.4) How is Life Coaching offered?Life coaching is offered weekly by telephone with email used as a supplement to the phone sessions. The number of sessions are determined by the client. Before the first session, an information package is sent to the client.5) Is there any guarantee or warranty of results based on coaching?Because the results of life coaching lie ultimately within the actions and the work done by the client, no guarantee or warranty can be made regarding the results of the coaching sessions. If you wish to cancel coaching services for the following month, just send an email and you will not be billed.Many times we don’t see the obvious. Polices and Procedures:All payments are made via paypal, and billing occurs before the first coaching session of each month prior to being rendered services. If you need to change your card info at any time, paypal offers an easy and secure way to process your request.Payments & FeesCoaching Package #1:Three 40 minute sessions a monthEmail support between calls$120.00/monthCoaching Package #2:Four 40 minute sessions a monthEmail support between calls$160.00/monthCoaching Package #3:Five 40 minute sessions a monthEmail and phone support in between calls$200.00/month Appointments/Missed Calls: Refunds are not issued for missed calls/appointment, as your investment is based on a weekly retainer in the case of coaching services.
